Peoples Park Tower is recruiting for a permanent part time Accounts Payable/Administration position to join our Administrative team. This position is responsible for a variety of functions including accounts payable and other administrative tasks.
- Cheque preparation
- Reconciliations of collected rent
- Managing multiple spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support
- Back up for reception
- Other tasks assigned by the management team
- Keen attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy
- Exceptional IT skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in a related field and have post secondary training related to bookkeeping or Accounting Clerk.
