We have a total of 43 suites. They include: 10 Studios, 26 One Bedroom suites, 6 Two Bedroom suites, 1 One Bedroom with den suite.

The utilities included are heat, lights, hot water and cable tv.

There are two lifestyle packages offered: Active Adult & Full Service. Both packages include the following services lifeline, newspager, weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments and two meals a day for the Active Adult & three meals a day for the Full Service package. The Full Service package also includes weekly laundry and medication administration.

No, all the suites include a rental package with services.

We ask all residents to sign a lease in order to ensure everyone is aware of their rights and the standards of the seniors’ community. However, you are not held to a long-term lease at any time, and we will request only 30 days notice if you wish to leave for any reason.

No, there is no damage deposit required.

The building is for those 55 years of age and up.

We offer number of assisted living services such as meals, housekeeping, laundry but it is from an apartment setting, where in most special care homes you just have one room. Also, it is important for us to note that while we have a 24 hour nursing presence in the facility to assist with medication administration and monitor our Lifeline system, we do not offer 24 hour supervision. Residents are free to come and go as they please.

Because we are not a licensed care home, we do not go by levels of care. If we were to compare, we can usually accommodate the needs for someone who is assessed at a level 1 or 2.

No, there is no subsidy available since we are not a licensed care facility like a special care home or nursing home.

No, we do not require our residents to have a formal assessment, but we do want to ensure that we will be able to meet your needs, therefore we do ask for a medical history.

We employ Personal Care Workers who can assist you with personal care, bathing, escorts to appointments. Our Health Care Manager would be more than happy to meet with you and your family to discuss what your care needs may be.

No, the apartments are not furnished. We want you to make it your home and encourage you to bring all your favorite things.

A fridge, microwave and air conditioner come with the apartment.

Yes, you can have those appliances in your apartment.

No, the suites are not equipped with a stove. But we do have Enhanced apartments in Peoples Park Tower that come with the same selection of services and they are equipped with a stove.

There is no laundry hook up in the apartments because laundry service is available to you in the rental package. There is a laundry room on each floor for your personal use.

Yes, a parking spot is reserved for those who have a valid driver’s license and are still the primary driver of the vehicle.

All doors are secured 24 hours/day, and you will have your own personal key to come and go as you please. There is a security camera at the front entrance, which you can view on your television. We also have Nursing staff on site 24 hours/day.

Our monthly Seniors Activity Calendar is designed to keep you involved and immersed in fun and friendship. As a resident of Camden Park Terrace, you will be encouraged to share your thoughts and ideas on what activities you would like to see added to our current program.

The waiting period is often determined by the style of suite you desire.

No, your name would not go to the bottom of the list. We would simply call you the next time something comes up or ask that you call us when you are ready.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the building.

Tenants are allowed one(1) domesticated bird in the apartment.

All suites have a storage closet within the apartment. There is no additional storage in the building.
